Services Offered

Please Note:

  1. Bookings MUST be made at least ONE (1) MONTH in advance. If your reception or party is less than one month away, please refer to the pricing chart for DJ TO THE RESCUE
  2. The DJ will need to set up at least one (1) hour in advance. Please make arrangements with your hall/reception area.
  3. One (1) meal must be provided to the DJ.
  4. The DJ will always come looking presentable (a suit and tie for weddings, golf shirt and khakis for more informal gatherings, etc.) If special attire is required (tuxedo, costume, etc.), additional charges may apply ($170).
  5. A 6-8 foot table will be needed for set up. Most venues will have these. If you can provide a table, a credit of $20 will be added to your balance
  6. If gathering is on NOT ON THE GROUND FLOOR, additional charges may apply (+ $20)
  7. Lighting & Effects do cost more, but are recommended for NIGHTTIME or INDOOR Gatherings. A lighting package is required for Weddings. For a list of lighting equipment, click HERE.
  8. If the venue is 30 miles or more from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, additional mileage fees will apply. Please call for specifics.

Sound Service DJ's will always try to give you the best price by not charging you for "extras" that you may not need.

Ceremony (Music and PA) Services

This service will supply you with an additional setup, professionally mixed and cued music for seating, processional, and recessional, as well as a wireless mic for your officiant. This service can only be provided if the ceremony is the same address as the reception.

10" Glow Sticks / Bracelets

Non-Toxic & Safe: luminescent light sticks brand glow-in-the-dark products are non-toxic. They are not radioactive or flammable. They almost never break open, but if they do, the chemicals inside can be washed off skin and clothes with ordinary soap or detergent. Not recommended for small children.

Over 4100 songs!
A wide selection of oldies, rock, country, 80's 90's, and current hits. 2 wireless Microphones and a lyrics screen are provided. Because of time constraints, karaoke service is NOT recommended for Weddings.
